Andre Ewubare

Associate Pastor

Andre Ewubare is a proficient financial services professional with over 20 years’ experience covering Financial Advisory, Asset Management, Stockbroking, Real Estate, Due Diligence, Investment Banking (spanning Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Structured Finance), and Corporate Restructuring.

Prior to his current position as Executive Director, Business Development and Financial Advisory at Bridgeton Partners, he was an Executive Director with BGL Securities Limited with responsibilities for business development covering institutional and HNI clients spread across Nigeria and the diaspora. He also concurrently acted as the Managing Director/CEO of Schatz Resources Limited (subsidiary of BGL), a real estate venture with assets exceeding N13 billion. Previously in his career, he spent about 5 years in Corporate Finance Division, heading one of the financial advisory/ capital raising teams.

Andre is a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has a master’s degree in financial management from the prestigious Hull Business School in the United Kingdom and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the University of Ibadan. He is a graduate of the International Faculty of Finance’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Class (London), Euromoney’s Initial Public Offerings Class (Kenya) and Euromoney Corporate Finance Class (London) amongst others.

As an ardent believer in Christ and worker in His vineyard, Andre has held various leadership positions in some local Foursquare Gospel Churches in Nigeria. He is a past Head of Youth Ministry and Council Member of Foursquare Gospel Church, Sabo, Yaba. Upon his vocational transfer to Abuja in 2009, Andre joined Foursquare Gospel Church, Asokoro where he served as the Head of the Next Generation Ministry. He is currently a member of the Church Council and an Associate Pastor in charge of Administration and Church Secretariat (covering Human Resources, General Administration, Finance and Accounts and Facilities Management).

He is happily married to Abiola Ewubare and blessed with three boys.
