Dr. Babajide B. Olowodola is the Senior Pastor of Foursquare Gospel Church, Asokoro, Abuja, Nigeria, also  known as the “The Assembly of His Excellency”.
He became born again in 1971 and has been serving God in various capacities since then.  He is an ardent mission supporter who kick started the riverine missions of the Foursquare Gospel Church Nigeria in the 90s.
 
Babajide Olowodola later became the first Director, Home Missions of the Barley Harvest Project, the offshoot of the riverine missions. He is the brain behind the Barley Harvest which planted 1000 new Foursquare Gospel churches in 4 years in Nigeria.  He presently pastors the first Barley Harvest Model Church in Nigeria, the Assembly of His Excellency, Asokoro –Abuja, Nigeria.  Later the Lord gave him the OMEGA-2 PROJECT vision.  The Omega2 project is  modeled after Obadiah intervention (Bread and Water). Omega2 is to Raise, Send and Support 1000 Missionaries all over the world in 5 years. At the moment there are over 350 missionaries that are being supported all over the world under Omega2 Project in 46 countries of the world. 
 
Rev Olowodola is the Founder of Babajide Olowodola Foundation, a non-profit, non-governmental organization set up to leverage partnerships with local and international organisations to provide high quality support to individuals living with sickle-cell disorder (SCD), their friends and family members. The goal of the Foundation is to reduce the suffering experienced by such individuals and their families by assisting them to live full and productive lives through the provision of pastoral, economic and social support, as well as provide education on the condition to support providers such as teachers and health workers to ensure sufferers receive appropriate care and support at all times.
 
He also serves on several non-profit and churches boards  at local and international levels. He is a member of the Advisory Board for Glory House of Prayer, Albany, USA, Living Word Church, USA, El-Rehoboth Global Foundation and Adonai Mission. 
 
Outside pastoral and missions’ commitment, Rev. Olowodola is an astute entrepreneur. He is the chairman of H.G. Tidings Ltd, Reel Pictures Ltd,  Manna Bakeries, Jehiel Security Ltd,  The Sceptre Academy and Eglon Nig. Ltd and a member of the Governing Council of The Centre for Health Sciences Training, Research and Development (CHESTRAD), a global non-state, not-for-profit social enterprise driving the I WILL GIVE program of providing for children, women, widows, disabled people and orphans. 
 
He was born on 18th February, 1954 and hails from Kogi State, Nigeria. He had his Secondary Education at the Government Secondary School, Dekina, KogiState (1969 - 1974) and attended Kwara State College of Technology - School of Basic Studies from 1974 to 1976.  Rev Olowodola holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan. He joined the Federal Civil Service in 1980 and has served in different capacities before retiring as Director Army at the Ministry of Defence 2014. 
 
Rev Olowodola is a man with a large heart, a role model and spiritual father to many children of God. He is a firm believer in quality par-excellence who blends the old- time religion with modern day Christianity without compromising heaven's standard.
 
When he is not engaged on kingdom business as a pastor or missions, then He is spending time with his family; His Wife Sola, three children and his grandson. His passion is to push the frontiers of gospel to the entire world and bring back the King in our time.
